Welcome to this inclusive group geared toward homeschoolers on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington state, including Sequim, Port Angeles, and *all* of Clallam County.

This is the place to list events & activities, buy & sell homeschool materials, meet other local homeschoolers, and share information!

Please post about anything you hear about that would be of interest to homeschoolers on the peninsula. This may be a homeschooling-specific event, or a community event worth attending. It may be local or away.

You may also ask questions about homeschooling, the "how-tos", or share what is working well for your family.

To comply with state law, there will be NO further advertising about local public school alternative education programs (aka parent partnership programs) here at OPHI.

Please note that the Running Start Program is a college program offered to any student of junior or senior level, leading to an AA degree. If a child is enrolled in Running Start, they are no longer homeschooling according to the legal definition.
