This group is for families who currently Homeschool (or are considering homeschooling) a child that has been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome (AS) or have other High-Functioning Autistic Characteristics. Such as NLD, PDD, PDD-NOS, SPD, SID, etc.

This group is for all homeschooling families, no matter the version of curriculum being used - Charlotte Mason, Commercial Curriculum, Unschooling, Curriculum that you have made. You will benefit from being able to discuss situations and solutions with other parents in the same place in life as you, as well as those who have already been there.

All who are respectful of Christian beliefs and all versions of Homeschooling are welcome.

This group is primarily an on-line support group as members are spread throughout the state of Oklahoma. I intend for this forum to be a resource for its members. Sponsoring local get-togethers is welcome and encouraged.

Acceptable topics include: AS, SPD, SID, ADD, ADHD, NLD, PDD, PDD-NOS, Autism, visual/auditory processing disorders, sensory integration, symptoms, diagnosis, medical treatments, homeopathic treatments, diet changes, natural supplements, community support, schooling opportunities, homeschooling, unschooling, Charlotte Mason, etc.
