This group serves the County of Orange Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service/ACS and similar agencies supporting cities and agencies throughout the greater Orange County area. The principle function of this group is to distribute information and provide an exclusive communications platform to those in management of our RACES/ACS units or those who have specific tasks or responsibilities in the creation of a county wide Winlink System, TCP/IP over radio network or other network using D-Star technologies.
