Welcome to the OCBears! A men's (only) group for bears, cubs and their admirers serving Orange County (OC), and the surrounding counties. Members of our group organize activities to socialize in OC and adjacent cities.

To apply for membership, please have your city name in your yahoo profile or add it to the comments section or email when you apply. If you do not have the information in one of these places, we will email you requesting it before we accept you as a member. Those that do not provide this tiny bit of personal information will NOT be added to the group. (Note: If you live outside of Southern California, please state how often you visit when you sign up). Who we are:
OCBears is a men's only community group for bears, cubs and their admirers in Southern California that lists and generates activities mostly in OC for our members. This email group is the main way we communicate about events in Orange County and surrounding cities. You, the members of this email group help generate our activities for yourself and others to participate. There are no officers, no dues, and the only thing you have to do to join us is "Show Up, Take Part, and Have Fun". You must be over 18 years old to participate, preferably over 21. We are not affiliated with any other OC group. Check the Yahoo Group Calendar for info on most events.

Every member is asked to help us plan one event per year. Our moderator(s) and other members will help you do this. Just email your ideas and dates to do them and we can make it happen! Start by posting your trips, parties, meals and outings that you would have other like-minded people participate in by emailing to our site. Also, roommate’s needed/wanted, job postings, etc. anything that will help each other build our commun
