Description

Welcome to the O Scale Two Footers group. This group is for all those modelling or interested in modelling narrow gauge railways of 2' gauge, from tiny industrial lines to the large Indian and African systems. The scale is 1:43.5 also known as 7mm scale using 14mm gauge track hence O-14 or O14.

The reason for this group it to share experience and help fellow modellers.

There's nothing as reliable as two feet to get you somewhere!


The photograph to the right is of John Clutterbuck's K1 Beyer Garratt, which started as a Backwoods Miniatures kit before being extensively rebuilt to near perfection. John won the John Stitson Shield with this model at the 2008 7mmNGA AGM. K1 is shown on Paul Holmes' Dinas 1869 layout, another award winner at the AGM.
