This is a group for those who have adopted, are in the process, or whose agency has told them that they may be adopting from Novosibirsk, Russia (Includes Cherepanovo, Kuibyshev, Toguchin and others.) This group has two main purposes: to provide a forum to share information with families who may one day travel to adopt from Novosibirsk, and to allow families to network with other families with children from that oblast. It is region-specific and not for those who are looking into adoption from Russia in general.
