The CALENDAR is a resource for recurring folk events such as radio shows, open mics, jams and dances.

The DATABASE and FILES areas contain scores of community-based non-commercial radio and internet station other resources.

* No content shall discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, age or s3x or orientation.
* No solicitation, trolling or phishing.

POSTING
* Message and calendar listings must include the artist's name and event venue, city and date.
* Add events well in advance, once/event. A companion calendar entry (restating basic information, including the URL of the original post and a reminder set for two days) is recommended. Or, one calendar entry of two reminders is OK, but not as effective.
* Posting=ownership. First party submissions are preferred. The poster is responsible for communicating changes to members. * House concerts must be posted by the presenter or by permission.
* For continuity, use "reply" to append follow-on thoughts to upstream posts; trim excess text.
