This group is for fans of the Nordica 16 sailboat and related craft to share information, cruising stories, tips, modifications, pictures, projects, links, and files related to the Nordica 16.

If you own, sail, or crew on a Nordica 16 or similar boat, have questions about the boat and how best to sail it, or simply wish to share your interest in the N-16 please join us. Welcome is extended to owners and sailors of boats built on the same lines as the Nordica such as the Danica 16 (Canada), Lynaes 14 (Denmark), Oostzeejol 15 (Baltic Sea Dinghy) and Midget 15 (Netherlands) and custom boats built on Nordica lines. To reduce spam, membership is by application.

More than 65 photo albums are found in the photo section which have pictures of improvements and projects N-16 owners have undertaken from all across North America and around the globe. The albums contain the largest collection of Nordica 16 photos in the world with over 1000 images and more being added all the time. Please post your Nordica photos.

The site also contains a registry of Nordica hull numbers, listing and photos of NORDICA 16s currently for sale and a table of historic prices for more than 85 Nordicas. A mapping function allows owners to show where they live and sail. The site has links to pages relating to organizations, services or products that Nordica owners have found interesting or useful. Commercial links or messages not of group relevance will be removed.

With more than 250 active group members from all over the world and over 2400 messages to date, the moderated discussions cover a wide range of useful topics. Please contribute your own thoughts, observations, questions or experiences, search for a specific subject or simply browse.
