We are Mothers, Advocates, Activists and Professionals, fighting back at a system that miserably failed to protect us and our children. We WILL expose the:" Best kept dirty little secrets in Americas Family Courts."

We network strongly with other organizations and professional affiliations, to bring to this list vital information quickly from a broad range of resources.

We are goal oriented and focused to provide support, information, education and networking for mothers who have lost custody or are custodial challenged by their or their children's abuser, due to any or all of the following: an abusive ex-partner who gained/challenged custody through allegations of PAS,HAP and MSBP; and the legal intimidation of Courts 'experts', pathologizing a mother's anxiety about her children's safety; limited monetary resources; "friendly parent" leanings and gender bias.

In keeping with recognized, valid research on batterer's use of courts to further abuse and terrorize their victims, we WILL NOT entertain advocacy or arguments about PAS, MSBP, HAP "father's rights" or mandatory shared parenting.

We take this stance because this is used almost exclusively by batterers and their agents in custody disputes to vilify mothers in order to gain custody of their child victims.

NCMBTS leadership reserves the right to moderate, ban, or reject any member at any time.
