This group is dedicated to users, gonna-bes and wannabes of Nolting Longarm Quilting machines. It is not intended to replace any other longarm related chats or groups, but to supplement them.

This information helps me and the other moderators work out if you're a legitimate person and not a spammer. We really want to encourage participation, nobody likes spammers! Membership requests will NOT be approved without this info!**

This group will be Nolting biased, with support, sharing encouragement and information specific to Nolting Quilting Machines, but all machine quilters are welcome and encouraged to join. We have members from all over the world, so most problems or questions you have will have been solved by someone before. Just ask…

Many users of this list are working quilters, without a great deal of spare time. For this reason we ask that posts are limited to quilting related questions (both technical and artistic), rather than social (although we still want everyone to be nice to each other!).

It’s helpful if you keep messages reasonably short. When you reply to a message, please trim the old message down to a couple of lines (if you don’t know how to do this, drop me a line and I’ll send you some instructions).

We’d like to keep this list as free from promotional and advertising posts as possible. If you have a product to sell we allow one post to the list. Don’t forget to put your details in the Files section so interested members can go and search you out privately. And if you’ve cleaned out your sewing room –we need to know what’s on offer!
