If you are engaged in a commercial activity upon the roads you must possess a valid license and are subject to regulation.
This is known as the traffic regulatory scheme, AKA ‘tickets’. The use of such terms as person and motor vehicle have led the vast majority of people to believe that they are the person and their automobile is the motor vehicle subject to regulation. This is not true.
We do not advance arguments such as straw man, commercial redemption, UCC, names in CAPITAL letters, fringed flag, MSO etc.
There are people on the group who may help with the defense of traffic tickets but this is primarily a self help forum.
The DMV is an administrative agency in executive branch of government with police power. The remedy to the traffic regulatory scheme will be found is your states administrative procedures act.
If you are interested in the concept of traveling in your private property automobile without begging for state permission, or license, this may be the forum for you. We do not advocate disregard for the law but rather want our public servants to obey the law and respect our right of liberty.

The ultimate goal of this forum is FREEDOM to travel in our personal property automobile, harming no one, respecting all fellow travelers during our journey.
