This group is for Amity Mamas interested in discussing gentle ways of teaching our babies healthy sleep habits. We will primarily be discussing Elizabeth Pantley's book "The No-Cry Sleep Solution". It is important to respect each other's differences and recognize that all babies AND mamas are unique, and what works for one may not work for another. No flaming will be tolerated in this group.
