This group was previously hosted by a group called The Nipomo Incorporation Committee. Its mission was to achieve cityhood so that we may protect and preserve Nipomo's low density neighborhoods, agricultural heritage, and rural lifestyle. The original Nipomo Incorporation Committee has formally disbanded. Currently the Nipomo Incorporation Committee for Education is the lead non-profit on Nipomo's Incorporation; however, this e-group is maintained by Guy Murray for its archival purposes, and to inform the community of incorporation issues as they relate to Nipomo.
