Every day, millions of Nigerian Scam or 419 Scam letters are sent by e-mail. Almost always they are different from each other. Usually they claim to be from a relative of a deceased millionaire or a living official of a government, usually the Government of Nigeria.

I get about 20 of these letters every day. The purpose of this group is to collect these letters. Another purpose is to collect fake scam letters which members of this group may decide to write purporting to be from the wives or children of famous personalities such as Saddam Hussein or Osama bin Laden.
