The New Kingdom Order of the Phoenix' is free to join, and requires no oath taking. Our intent is to extend and improve on existing knowledge and to advance the Theory and Practice of Magic. We strive to reassemble the Bible of Images of Thoth. Senate/Senet/Sn.t/Zn.t or Passing is an Ancient Egyptian (AE) means of communicating with your soul, and with the dead.

We follow the tradition of the Phoenix Order of Aegyptian High Priesthood. It was believed the patronage (or matronage) of Thoth, Osiris, Isis, Horus, Rah, Amoun or any of several deities could be gained by practice of Senate. As well as the obvious symbolism of rebirth out of fire; the Phoenix symbol carries many other meanings, including 'the Path'. There have probably been many dozen previous Orders of the Phoenix in history and will be many more in the future because of the universality of this symbol. It is a creature out of pure astral imagination, and of itself, requiring no lineage. There was an outer Golden Dawn Order of the Phoenix that existed in the UK 1960's and 1970's that included Ithell Colquhoun.
