Gary Price's Take on the USA Today Article About Google Print
Gary Price has posted a very useful post with some important observations
regarding the Google Print database of full text book content in regard to
often forgotten competition to this service Google is creating.
Quoting Gary:
"What I was sad to see is that there was NO mention in the USA Today
article of Amazon's wonderful "Search Inside the Book" (around before
Google Print) program in the USA Today article. It not only offers
materials direct from publishers but also LOTS of interesting information
about many books (including reading level), key phrases, etc.

Although almost all talk about search and online retrieval these days
focuses on Google, MANY other companies both big and small are doing very
exciting things."
