Saturday- Thursday offerings made on the list are FSOT only (for sale or trade) and include an ISO list (in search of).

FS (for sale only) posts are permitted ONE DAY a week- on Fridays only. On this day you can send in a FS post, or special promotion related to your natural WAHM business (goods and services to this community), natural family goods or household items to sell. No links to auctions on ebay etc please. Please tell us about your services too on this day!

Please do not advertise any MLM companies or opportunities of that nature- only individual or WAHM company promos are permitted and they must be for natural family goods and services (broad definition intended). This includes a For Sale list at that time for used personal household and clothing items- but please keep the majority of the things natural, healthy, etc.

Welcome moms who are transitioning to a simpler, more natural lifestyle who are interested in using non toxic, earth friendly products. You'll find natural childbirth specialists, doulas, aromatherapy, herbalism, natural fabric goods, Waldorf toys, art, clothing, crafts, books, AP supplies, candles, natural family health items, organic goods, soaps, resources and so much more. We also barter our skills and services massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, homeopathy, web design, life coaching, business consulting, etc. Build community and share your wisdom.

More than a bartering list, we are a circle of women supporting each other in creating healthy vibrant lives for ourselves and our families. We also share our questions and knowledge of holistic health care, natural birthing, attachment parenting, alternative schooling, nutritious whole foods, and environmentally conscientious living.

List mom will not be responsible for any private transactions made on the list.
