Namaste Yoga in Tallahassee offers daily yoga classes with teachers certified in a variety of yoga traditions, currently including Kripalu, Iyengar, and Viniyoga. Classes are suitable for beginners as well as intermediates and those with a committed practice. All classes focus on integrating body, breath, mind and spirit, while building strength, promoting self-awareness, and cultivating compassion. Drop-ins are always welcome at all classes, and we sell class packages as well.
