NZ Home Ed Cambridge is an email support group for NZ Home Educators currently using or planning to teach through the Cambridge Examinations (CIE).

General Aims for the Group:
Open discussion regarding CIE and how it works in NZ
Sharing of resources, suppliers, websites relating to CIE or secondary study in general
Buy, sell & swap CIE resources
Mutual Encouragement and support of others teaching through or interested in teaching CIE
CIE friendly tutors
CIE schools that take external students
CIE Study Groups
Sharing CIE student successes and achievements

As well as asking for help, we encourage members contribute what they have learnt in order to benefit the rest of the group e.g. group discounts, new policies etc. We all recognise there is a lot of research involved in this educational path so please don't keep what you find out to yourself!

It is naturally expected that members have previously verified the accuracy of information they post.

This group is not a forum for advertising goods and services. You may, however, include a short signature with a one line message plus your relevant contact details.

On a more general note, we ask that all members respect each other in tone and intent in any emails posted. Any attacks of a personal nature against any other member or organisation that member is associated with (implied or otherwise) will not be tolerated. Repeated breaches of this guideline will put such a member outside the general aims of this group and result in that member being removed from the loop.

We also ask that you do not forward posts from this group to other parties without the expressed permission of the author.

This means the trust of the group can be maintained.
