North West Georgia Home Educators is an intra-denominational Christian Homeschool Group whose purpose is to promote a fun but family oriented learning and fellowship environment, providing encouragement to our members and their families. The way we intend to do this is through Co-Operative Learning Experiences, field trips and non-traditional learning experiences. The ages for children participating in these activities is from four years old to teenagers, with nursery care available for younger children. While our homeschooling group is based in Pickens County, families from all over North West Georgia (Gilmer, Cherokee, Fannin, and etc.) are welcome to join our Group.
