This is the forum for discussion concerning the NUE-PSK Digital Modem, introduced by W8NUE and N2APB at the ARRL-TAPR Digital Communications Conference on September 28, 2007. The modem is a hand-held, battery-operated digital modem for PSK31 communications (and other digital modes) when used with an SSB transceiver. The NUE-PSK modem performs modulation and demodulation WITHOUT the need for PC, permitting convenient and fully portable field operation. The NUE-PSK Digital Modem is being kitted and sold by the American QRP Club. Full information can be found at http://www.amqrp.org/kits/nue-psk.
