The nature of this list is to provide an open forum for the discussion of matters affecting U.S. national security and international security. Topics of discussion will range from military affairs to diplomacy to intelligence to development issues, etc., across the tactical, operational, and strategic levels of analyses. The goal is to foster intelligent conversation over a variety of issues in a civil, although sometimes spirited, manner. My intent is to have members with myriad backgrounds and perspectives.
