Description
The NM-Biodiversity e-mail group is targeted to professionals working in conservation but is open to anyone with an interest in biodiversity conservation in New Mexico or the Southwest. The list provides scientists, managers, planners, funders, nonprofits, and interested members of the general public with news and information relevant to biodiversity conservation in our region.

Desired postings fall into three categories:
1. Queries seeking needed assistance, information, collaboration etc., from professional colleagues.

• jobs, internships, requests for proposals or other contracting opportunities
• funding opportunities.
3. Postings of interest may include economics, climate change, sustainable development, geographic information systems and others, provided that they relate to biodiversity conservation.
This is a moderated list. All postings are reviewed by the moderator to prevent spam, solicitations, irrelevant content, etc. Moderation is contributed by Seventh Generation Institute (www.seventh-generation.org).
