SUMMIT DESCRIPTION: This summit was convened to address the gross over representation of African Americans and Latinos in prison (81%), and reduce the recidivism rates in New Jersey.

The "working" summit brought together community members, legislators, and decision makers to examine this issues and produce a strategically driven action agenda that will be shared with the public, summit participants and related state departments.

Click the link to get to the home page. Once you see the summit logo,
(yellow blue & white handcuffs) you are at the home page.

On the top right corner, click the sign in or sign up icon.

It will ask you either for a pass word, or to create a pass word. As
you click on it, it will guide you through the simple process to
secure your pass word.

Once that takes place, you can then open all the archives, files, links etc.

I also strongly encourage all of us to join me in posting articles or
messages relevant to the mission of the Summit Recommendations..
