NH Polyamory Discussion Group, 4th Sunday, afternoon, private home

Polyamory (poly = many, amory = loves) includes anyone who
is interested in multi-partner relationships (whether straight, bi, or queer). Generally polyamory is considered
different than "swinging," since the emphasis is on
relationships, not intimate relations. However, since we
all face similar difficulties, the group will be inclusive
towards swingers as well.

The purpose of the group is a chance for socialize and
discuss issues that may be of importance. Those can be
legal difficulties,or it can be emotional discussions
(eg, "how do you explain this to your children,
when they ask?").

It's also nice to have an opportunity to "let your hair down" in an environment that is open and accepting, rather
than having to worry about some co-worker freaking out
because you mention how your wife/husband and your
girlfriend/boyfriend are friends, or somesuch.

It's not a dating service. If you happen to meet someone
and fall madly in love, that's fine by us, and we'll
congratulate you on your good fortune. If it just happens
naturally as a result of common interests, that's great.
Anyone pestering others for dates or such will not be welcome. In other words, we are folks with common interests hanging out, not a meat market. :)

Whether or not you choose to bring your children, we do
want this to be a "kid-safe" event. I expect that there may
be frank discussions at times, so use your own judgment as
to what you consider appropriate for your children to hear.

The online group is intended to coordinate the mailing list for the discussions, and any other events, and is open to all who may wish to discuss relationships (if there's a need to discuss "mature" topics, please do so outside of
the online group; we'll admin as we need to in order to keep the group comfy for all).
