Quick question, I know you aren't supposed to have turkey and chickens together for disease reasons. We have chickens and guineas free ranging and my husband would like to raise a few turkeys next year. He is redoing the pig yard and pen for this winter's pigs and thought it could do double duty (with a good cleaning between animals of course). If the turkeys were in a fenced yard would they be ok? Also, we have wild turkey around, is that an issue? (pigs fall to spring, turkey spring to fall)
