The mission of the North East Los Angeles Open Space Coalition is to promote, protect and enhance open space in the communities of Atwater Village, Cypress Park, Eagle Rock, El Sereno, Glassell Park, Highland Park, Lincoln Heights, Montecito heights, Monterey Hills and Mt. Washington, Hermon and Garvanza.
