This group is dedicated to fighting the illegal actions of the NCDOR. This is a serious matter for those who are suffering at the hands of the North Carolina Dept of Revenue. The NC DoR regularly (and illegally) garnishes wages and salaries without a court order, serves warrants and seizes property illegally without court order. The NC DoR piggy-backs the state income tax on whether or not an individual has federal income tax liability. Often times the state bases its collection efforts on erroneous, hearsay information provided to them by the IRS which can cause undo pain and suffering.

We encourage all who participate to share their experiences, what they have done to deal with the state. We also encourage others to assist by posting what they have learned thus far. This includes court cases and code sections that pertain to this topic.

We discourage those who would join merely to espouse thoughts or ideas that do not pertain to this very select topic. There are an abundance of forums on line where that can be done.
