Welcome to the North Carolina Secular Homeschool Network.

This list is provided as a means of sharing information and to connect with other secular homeschoolers in NC. We are a colorful, diverse patchwork of families. Our spiritual beliefs as well as our educational approaches tend to be varied. And yet, we strive to share our knowledge of homeschooling and its related topics in a respectful and non-threatening manner, learning as we go and getting to know one another in the process... Typical topics of conversation here revolve around homeschooling curricula, activities of interest around NC, and new homeschooler questions. We also discuss homeschooling legislative and legal issues, which occasionally involve statewide support groups such as NCHE or HA-NC, or NC's Department of Non-Public Education... One might also encounter a variety of other topics here.
