Statewide-by-county class action lawsuits are being prepared on behalf of three categories of folks. 1. ANY TAXPAYER in residing in a respective county, 2. SO-CALLED NONCUSTODIAL PARENTS, and 3. ANY ADULT CHILD impacted by divorce of or never married parents.

The basis of these suits are that our civil rights have been trompted on, ignored and we are aggrieved. We were denied by the family courts for no legitimate reason, (e.g. unfitness to parent) to be EQUAL PARENTS, and our children not allowed EQUAL ACCESS to each and both parents. For the taxpayer, repercussions to you are plainly evident and huge if only in consideration of certain facts, for example: 65% of children raised in single parent households demonstrate behaviors of juvenile delinquency, teen age pregnancy, dropping out of high school, emotional problems. For most of us we were made visitors to our children at best. Our children were denied two parents.
