WELCOME: The Niagara Coalition for Peace is a coalition of social justice groups. We promote events, news & issues of interest to anti-war, peace & liberation activists. NC4P opposes the occupation of Iraq, Palestine & Afghanistan & any suppression of the "Arab Spring". We fight for self-determination for all peoples. NC4P was a leader in the anti-war peace movement during the escalation of attacks on Iraq, organizing marches, vigils, speakers & teach-ins. Our anti-war peace resolution was adopted by the Cities of Welland, Niagara Falls, West Lincoln & Thorold; and a revised NC4P peace resolution was adopted by the City of St. Catharines & Regional Municipality of Niagara (comprising all 12 local municipalities). Much educational and mobilization work remains.

We are based in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada & serve the Niagara Region, Hamilton & to some extent Toronto & the US. We are non-partisan & do not endorse any political party.

We are members of Canadian Peace Alliance CPA & Toronto Coalition to Stop the War (TCSW www.nowar.ca). Member groups change over time.
