This newsgroup is for the membership of the North Bay Amateur Radio Club in North Bay, Ontario, Canada to exchange information and ideas about club activities in the Nipissing District and area (includes: Powassan, Callander, Bonfield, Mattawa). It is recognized that not all members can attend the NBARC meetings, so this newsgroup has been formed to keep everyone "in touch". Current members are given immediate posting status, all others are given moderated message status. If your callsign does not form part of your e-mail address, please state it in your sign-up message. Also please indicate if you are not licensed yet so we can contact you when the next ham radio training course is run.
