It appears that the rules have changed and to my knowledge, we were not
notified of this change. I sent an email to the sponsor asking for a summary
of the changes made for 2012.

Only made 3 contacts in the VT QP so far and noticed the scoring seems to be
off. Looking at the rules at http://www.ranv.org/vtqso.html and WA7BNM's
site, a phone QSO is 1 point and a CW/Digital contact is 2 points. I have 3
phone contacts and 2 show as 2 points and 1 shows as 1 point. What is odd is
the 2nd phone contact showing 2 points and the 3rd phone contact showing 1
point were made within 2 mins of each other.

I know I can manually update each entry and change the scoring. Wondering
what is happening behind the scenes and maybe it needs to be adjusted. Or I
need to understand why it is 2 points for some phone contacts.
