We envision a Muslim Youth who aim to be successful in the AAKHIRA by developing the ZEAL to work for the UMMAH, concentrating their efforts for the CAUSE OF ISLAM, and focusing their worries for the well-being of the Ummah. We are CONTENT AND PROUD to be young Muslims, and aware of our ROLE IN THE COMMUNITY.

The goals of MYM are:
-To encourage the youth involvement in the activities of Masajid and Islamic centers as much as possible.
-To train and nurture a generation of Muslims to take up the banner of Islam in the 21st Century in the United States of America
-To lead the Masjid, Islamic Centers, and Islamic organizations.

This is the generation that will, inshaAllah, invite their non-Muslim friends to Islam, and introduce Islam to Americans in a superb, organized and effective manner.

What does MYM offer?

-Qiyam-ul-lail, sleepovers, & deen intensive programs
-Career Mentorship from practicing Muslims professionals
-College scholarships ($3000 for 2003, inshaAllah)
-Leadership through service of the community
-Leadership training seminars
-Outreach to larger community, Muslims and non-Muslims
-Fun and recreational activities
-Community service activities such as Masjid clean-ups, volunteering at soup kitchens, as well as homeless shelters.
-Eid Events
-Sleepovers, basketball clinics, basketball tournaments, soccer tournaments, bowling, snow-tubing, summer camps, picnics, horseback riding, field-trips, and many more.
