MMW is a group of mountain walkers, mainly using the mountains in or around the triangle SQU/Airport/Fanjah at Muscat, Oman.
There are regular walks on Sunday and Tuesday afternoons. Assembly for the Sunday walks is normally at the Risail/University area, and assembly time varies between 4 and 5.30 pm, depending on the sunset. Sunday walks are announced by e-mail, while Tuesday walks, that are a bit more serious, are by agreement during the Sunday walk. Usually Tuesday assembly is same time as the Sunday walk, and allways at Al-Maha outside the SQU Camp. The walks usually take 1.5 - 2 hours.
