This is a group for those who have adopted, are in the process, or whose agency has told them that they may be adopting from anywhere in the Murmansk region of Russia. Orphanages may be in Murmansk City, Apatity, Kandalaksha, Kirovsk, Kovodor, Monchelgorsk, Olenegorsk, Severomorsk, Snezhnogorsk and others in the oblast. This group has two main purposes: to provide a forum to share information with families who may one day travel to adopt from Murmansk, and to allow families to network with other families with children from that oblast. It is region-specific and not for those who are looking into adoption from Russia in general.
