Description
Modern Jive is a fusion of Salsa, Jive and Speed Dating! It is fun, stylish and easy to learn. It can be danced to almost any type of music, so you can feel at home Modern Jiving in a nightclub, at a wedding or a party. Quite simply, it is a dance for any occasion and what's more it looks brilliant!
This group promotes the teaching and dancing of Modern Jive (Ceroc, LeRoc, LeJive) in Munich, Germany. We share information about lessons, workshops and special dance events. We also allow dancers to share information about good music, venues and events for Modern Jive dancing. Information regarding other related forms of dancing (Ceroc, Leroc, Lejive, Salsa, Swing, Lindyhop, Rock'n'Roll, Boogie Woogie and Disco Fox) will also be allowed.
Modern Jive is easy to learn and you don't spend all your time staring at your feet. There are only 30 simple moves in the basic dance, and after mastering just 3 or 4, you and your partner can Jive with confidence. There are, however, hundreds of combination moves which can be learnt after the basic dance is mastered; it is here that the dance really comes into its own!
Advertising will be allowed only if applicable to Modern Jive dancers (eg events, workshops, courses, special events, clothes, dance holidays etc).
