Monastic Life is a non-denominational community designed to foster shared information and communication among those interested in Christian monasticism. Topics are wide-ranging and include (but are not limited to) monastic life in general and in specifics (worship, work, study, etc.); living a monastic life inside or monastically-inspired life outside a monastery; the Church in general. The listowner may on occasion insist that a discussion be stopped for good reason. New members' posts will be moderated initially, that is, requiring approval before posted to list, until we get to know them a bit better.
