You are invited to join the MonPureFood Yahoo! eGroup, a forum for those interested in finding the best quality raw ingredients for a healthy diet and lifestyle in the Monongahela River valley area of West Virginia. Although this eGroup is intended primarily for raw foodists in the Mon valley, everyone is welcome. This eGroup will be primarily a forum for those searching for sources of high-quality, organic fresh fruit, vegetables, nut, seeds and advice on how to best prepare them but will have all sorts of food related discussions including raising your own organic produce. In the future we hope to add a website too. In the meantime related events (potlucks, hikes, speakers, support groups, etc.), will be listed on the calendar, photos, and other resources on this site.
