Now, for the hundreds of thousands of people in this country who have been exposed to molds in their home, school or workplace, MOLD ACROSS AMERICA offers accurate information, various websites and a nationwide 24-hour toll free hotline for those who have been exposed with nowhere else to turn.
MOLD ACROSS AMERICA, a non-profit organization based in Cleveland, Ohio focuses its attention on raising public awareness on various indoor mold-related issues. Our main goals are to raise awareness by educating people on the dangers of, and prevention of dangerous molds, and to offer emotional support to those who have been exposed. Through education, MAA is concentrating its efforts on reducing the number of mold-related illnesses and deaths caused by exposure.
MAA offers various types of assistance to mold victims and survivors across the country, including educating renters, homeowners, first-time homeowners, landlords, office workers, schoolteachers and even children of what to be aware of in their indoor environments. In addition, we offer a national toll-free number for victims and people with questions or who are in need of a sympathetic ear. A nationwide support group has been formed, as well as smaller community based support groups. Call to find out if there is a group that meets in your area.
