The Owl Empire of Stanislaus County, Inc., based in Modesto, CA is a "non-profit" Public Benefit Corporation registered in the State of California. Celebrating our 45th year, the OESCI, is the 2nd oldest court in the International Court System, founded in 1967 by Queen Mother & Empress 1 of Modesto, Her Most Imperial Majesty, Empress 1, Christina.

The OESCI will hold our yearly election event on November 10th, 2012, in which we will elect two new Heads of State to continue to organize, promote and advertise fund raisers to raise monies for other charitable causes. The OESCI has the manpower and resources to raise such monies for various non-profit 501c[3] status organizations. Our members consist of gay, straight, lesbian, bi-sexual, transgender, mothers, fathers, families, religious icons and children. We support everyone in the LGBT Community of Modesto & the surrounding counties of Stanislaus, Merced, Calaveras & Tuolumne.
