The Nonviolent Atonement Seminar which was announced
about three months ago will be held as scheduled on
Friday, Oct. 26. This event is now sponsored by
Preaching
Peace and the Open Circle Church of the Brethren (in
Burnsville, Minnesota) where the seminar will be held.
On Thursday 10/25 there will also be related events.

The ECAPC National Board of Directors will be meeting in
Minneapolis on October 4, 5, 2007. In connection with
this,
the Twin Cities ECAPC will host a reception on the evening
of Thursday, Oct. 4th at the Danish American Center
(Danebo) at 31st Street & West River Parkway South.
Everyone is welcome! This will be a good opportunity
to
meet members of the expanding national ECAPC Board of
Directors. There will also be a preview of our local
group's
dramatic production effort: "A Just War Review"
The reception will begin at 7:00 p.m. The location is
at
DANEBO, one block south of Lake Street, just off River

Our January bimonthly Potluck Supper Meeting will also be
a SPECIAL EVENT. The date is Monday, Jan. 7th; this
is
one week earlier than regularly scheduled. The
meeting
will begin with the usual potluck supper and will be held at
Plymouth Congregational Church in Minneapolis. The
program will consist of a presentation of the one-man play:

Vaky is a professional playwrite and actor and the
performance will be at the Howard Conn Theatre which
is located at Plymouth Church. Performance time will
be
at 7:30 p.m.; it runs about 50 minutes and discussion will
follow. A free will donation will be requested.
