WELCOME to the support community for families who have adopted children or received referrals for children from the Miluo Social Welfare Center, Hunan Province, PRC. We hope that we can share photos and stories of the early years our children shared at this institute and support each other as parents.

The first known Chinese adoptions from the Miluo Social Welfare Center took place in January of 1998. The children were living in an orphanage. Soon after that, children were placed in foster families. If you have photos or information about Miluo City, please post here.
