We are a group of Bay Area parents interested in Elimination Communication (EC), also known as Natural Infant Hygiene (NIH) and Infant Potty Training (IPT). You don't have to be practicing EC to be part of this group, just interested and open minded.

Our group provides a place for local families to ask questions about all aspects of EC. There are three DFB Regions represented here on the website: San Francisco, San Mateo County and Santa Clara County. Each region has meetings and playgroups regularly every month, and Mentors who coordinate the individual areas.

New members are highly encouraged to check the Links Section on the menu at left, there are a lot of great resources, links and information there about what EC is, how to get started with EC, how to potty your baby, tips for late starters, and more. Check it out! And if you can't find the info you need, please feel free to post your question to the group. We're here to help one another!
