I know of two RV's being built on the DelMarVa peninsula...an 8 in Easton and a
7 in Princess Anne.

I've stuck my nose in to each of these projects.

Any more here on the peninsula - let me know where you're located and your
project status....still looking to pay-it-forward.

On the spur of the moment I decided to fly down to Kitty Hawk today, I thought I
was going to have to work I woke up early to head out and got the message that
the customer had to cancel. So I was up had a free morning so I launched for
KFFA, had a really nice flight down, had the whole place to myself basically.
Had a neat  tour of the stuff in the visitors center, listened to a good lecture
on the Wright brothers they were amazing guys.
  Hopped over to Dare county for fuel and then headed back home, passing Norfolk
I got to see 2 F/A 18 Hornets land at Oceana and got to see a Submarine coming
into Port, pretty neat! Got back to S37 and ran into Bill Rodgers and chatted a
bit it was great to see him, then wiped the bugs off and put her away a great
way to spend a day;-)

out there.. since it looks like we are the only two that are going to be there
if you want to just send me a nice Hi res shot of your beautiful 8 that would be
fine. I was hoping we would get a bunch of folks out but looks like us three
will be the only ones going, oh well... anyway I am planning on being there and
would love to see you but if you just want to send me a photo that would be
fine. I basically have shots of several nice Bluenose 8s and just need shots of
your bird and Frank's to finish the book up, also if you would be so kind to
email me a short bio on yourself and your flying experience that would be great!
