Description

The focal point for Mid-Atlantic area for all Van's RV models including RV-3, RV-4, RV-6, RV-6A, RV-7, RV-7A, RV-8, RV-8A, RV-9, RV-9A, and RV-10A homebuilt/custombuilt airplanes.A focus for Mid-Atlantic RV Wing communications, calendar of events, pictures, specifications and information. Because of the relative small size of the states, the Mid-Atlantic Wing region will include Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, Washington DC, West Virginia and Virginia. Activities will include informal monthly "Wing Assault Missions" (WAM) for breakfast/lunch gatherings in each quadrant of the Mid-Atlantic area on a rotating basis. Group tours, formation flight training and group purchases will also be created. Wing membership is open to all serial number owners and wanabees of RV aircraft.

Ralph, They are not required for the DC ADIZ. They are required for the cross boarder ADIZ such as going to Canada, Mexico or the Bahamas. Rick McBride ...
