This site is used by the Temple of Hekate's Torch for instruction, discussion, distribution of information and correspondence, and planning. We are a Temple of the Thessalian Strix faith. We are an evolutionary group with roots in the surviving lore of Hellas (Greece).

Our teachings encompass a series of nine "points" (after the nine pointed star - an important sigil in our lore) . Initiates are taught through both experiential and academic processes. Our curriculum includes seasonal festivals, pathworking/trance journeys, the Western mysteries, the Chaldean oracles, aspecting (possession by Deity), group dynamics, holistic healing, divination, and the elementals. Apart from tradition specific teachings, we also discuss, learn and network with other Pagan traditions and more "mainstream" religions.

We emphasize personal responsibility, faith, honor, knowledge, loyalty to family (both of blood and of spirit), respect, and the use of magick as a natural ability of life.
