This community is the discussion group focused upon the concepts presented in The Blind Men and the Elephant, Mastering Project Work by David A. Schmaltz (Berrett-Koehler, 2003). This community is interested in those practices that encourage coherence in project work. Those who have attended True North pgs' Mastering Projects Workshop, Mastering Project Work workshop, and BeyondLeadership program are also welcome, as are those interested in increasing the juiciness of their everyday project experience.

My purpose is to provide a forum where contributors can exhibit what they do when they come together with others and to observe them selves in these interactions for the purpose of developing a deeper understanding of the reality of human relationships, so that each can leverage this understanding to create a more robust personal and professional practice.
