Membership in the MasterCook Recipe Exchange is not automatic; you must follow instructions for membership in order to be approved, so please note this before subscribing to this group.

Recipes and cookbooks posted to this list must be in one of the native Mastercook formats, which means they can be directly imported into other members' MasterCook software. That includes MC2, MX2, MXP and MCX recipes and cookbooks and photo files. If you post recipes in other formats, they will be deleted. Note that you can post MC2/MCX native cookbooks at our Cookbooks sharing site at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mastercookcookbooks1

Note that when you apply for membership in this group, you will receive an email which asks you for the version of Mastercook that you use. If you do not own Mastercook, you can answer with:
"I plan to purchase Mastercook in the future."

You must answer the question or your membership will not be approved. This is done to minimize the number of applicants that wish to join only to send spam.
