Ours went well. Our only snag was the breakbeam on our talking skeleton died an hour into it. Seems laser pointer batteries are only good for about an hour of continuous operation. Thankfully the code in the Prop-1 keep him talking on autopilot every 2 minutes so for the maost part the TOTs were not the wiser. Until then it was amusing watching people try to figure out how it went off.
Beyond that, we got about 40 kids, which is up from ~30 last year. A pretty good night for our neighborhood as the houses are relatively far apart and across the other road there are only 2 or 3 houses within safe walking distance. We live on a fairly small, dark, winding road. We got a few good screams, some of them from unwittingly obliging adults. All in all a pretty good night.
As with any good haunt we learned a few things to improve on next year. This time around it was mostly lighting and placement of fog machines that needs tweaking. Well, that and that battery issue. :)
And here are what pics I have for now. I'll be posting more when I get them from our friend.
BTW, the comments thingy is broken. Just a heads up. :/
